Social Marketing Manager

Were looking for a Social Marketing Manager who knows how to drive meaningful organic engagement across social platforms through posts, comments, and advocacy. Someone sharp, genuinely excited to push our cybersecurity brand forward, and ready to validate that impact through clear tracking and measurement.
In this role, youll shape the stories that reach community and demonstrate that we are the security validation leader and a household name in our industry.
Youll join a creative, fast-moving marketing team that collaborates closely across content, product, and design. Youll report to the Director of Content, who values creativity, smart ideas, and the occasional perfectly timed IF.
If youre a native English speaker, love experimenting with GenAI, and have a strong instinct for tone, timing, and storytelling, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Manage presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit.
Plan, write, edit, and publish engaging posts that reflect our brand voice and message.
Collaborate closely with the product marketing, demand and acquisition teams to amplify content reach across all campaigns and programs.
Monitor, listen and respond to audience comments and direct messages.
Run employee advocacy program, manage content distribution, drive engagement, and develop creative incentives for participation.
Bring creative ideas for new formats, series, and campaigns, from memes to thought leadership threads.
Collaborate with the creative team on short-form videos and visual storytelling.
Use Oktopost and native analytics to track, measure, and optimize performance.
Experiment with GenAI tools to scale and enhance content and post creation workflows.
Stay on top of cybersecurity and social media trends and know how to merge the two.
