We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. This role blends customer success with internal communication coordination, offering a unique opportunity to grow across multiple functions. As the first point of contact for B2C customers and a key support for internal team operations, youll ensure smooth customer experiences and efficient information flow within the company.
This position is ideal for someone motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership from day one.

Responsibilities:
Manage B2C customer accounts throughout their lifecycle
Provide day-to-day support and ensure an excellent User Experience
Coordinate internal communication between teams
Monitor customer feedback and identify trends and opportunities
Stay updated on iGaming products and offerings

Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Interest in technology and digital operations
Quick to learn new tools and systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advantages:
Previous experience in customer success or account management
Familiarity with the iGaming or B2C industry
