Engineering Manager

You'll lead our company's Fraud squad within our Platform group. This is where AI meets security-protecting millions of customers while keeping the experience instant and delightful. You'll manage a team of 4 engineers and a QA while collaborating closely with a dedicated product manager, guiding the squad through bi-weekly sprints and quarterly planning, all while fostering the ownership and accountability that drives our mission forward
In this role you'll:
Lead a cross-functional fraud detection squad - managing 4 engineers, QA, and product manager to deliver on critical security OKRs
Drive technical strategy for fraud prevention - balancing AI-powered detection with seamless customer experience across our platform
Own sprint execution and quarterly planning - running bi-weekly cycles that keep us moving fast while maintaining quality and security standards
Collaborate across Platform teams - working closely with Product and other engineering squads to ensure fraud solutions integrate smoothly
