Required Senior Principal Software Engineer

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge software while providing creative solutions based on our business needs.
You will:
Design, develop, and lead complex software features across the agile lifecycle - from requirements and design to implementation, testing, and long-term support
Improve our stability by troubleshooting and integrating smart solutions into existing components
Drive adoption of best practices, mentoring peers, and influencing technical direction across teams
Design and implement algorithms to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
Experiment with and integrate emerging AI infrastructure and frameworks into the development workflow to boost productivity and innovation

Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
12+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: storage, device drivers, databases, networking, embedded software/firmware development, Linux
Expert-level programming skills with proficiency in C/C++ and Python
Great team player with the ability to work independently when required
Background in AI infrastructure or tools (e.g., RAG, MCP, LLMs, fine-tuning, orchestration)
Background in high-performance networking or storage technologies, including RDMA, NVMe, and related protocols
Desirable Requirements
Strong knowledge of storage systems data-path, with experience in Linux kernel development or device drivers
Experience in agile methodologies.
