We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Recruiter to join our global team.
If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to shape hiring processes that make a real impact - this role is for you. This position is a temporary role for 9 months.
As a Recruiter, youll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the employer branding team. You'll support hiring across a range of functions - from tech to business roles - ensuring a strategic, high-quality candidate experience throughout.
This is a unique opportunity to be a true partner to the business, influence hiring decisions, and help build the teams that drive forward.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment
Proven track record hiring across multiple functions: Tech, Go-to-Market, and Executive roles
Global recruiting experience - managing hiring processes across different locations
Strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to guide strategy and decisions
Exceptional relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates
Proactive, results-oriented attitude - you're self-driven and thrive in dynamic environments
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
Native-level Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
