What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team spanning Product, UX, and Visual Design
Define and evolve the product design vision, strategy, and scalable design systems
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver cohesive experiences
Drive innovation through interaction design, motion, and narrative-driven experiences
Champion a fan-first, community-focused design mindset across the product
8+ years of experience in digital product design, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong background designing B2C products for mobile and web (CTV experience is a plus)
A compelling portfolio demonstrating engaging, interactive user experiences
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
Genuine passion for sports, fan culture, and user engagement
