As a BIM Specialist , youll engage with diverse projects globally and manage Digital Twin technology. This role is crucial in integrating client projects into the system.

Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Twin Management: Oversee Digital Twin technology for various global projects, ensuring accurate representation within the clients project environment.
Model Integration: Create and manage the process for integrating clients' models into system, which includes reviewing drawings, reviewing 3D BIM models, and other technical tasks.
Model Review and Updates: Regularly review client model management systems for model updates, save the latest models, and update federated models.
Change Management: Investigate model changes and generate reports for operation teams.

Requirements:
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction projects using BIM.
Strong understanding of the latest BIM standards and compliance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of architectural design and planning (advantage).
Technical proficiency in handling complex systems.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in task execution.
Adaptive and quick to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and team-oriented approach.
