Senior CAD/BIM Drafter & Modeler - Civil 3D

Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting and 3D modeling, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, preferably on civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Proven ability to develop accurate 2D engineering drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from design drawings, survey information, and existing-condition data. Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, survey data, coordinate systems, spatial information, and model setup. Experience delivering CAD/BIM models and drawings within structured project environments, following established workflows and client standards. Understanding of BIM standards and delivery requirements, including ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and client specifications. Experience working on infrastructure projects, such as roads, railways, drainage, utilities, land development, or major structures. Strong QA/QC skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independentlywhile managing multiple assignments and deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, surveyors, multidisciplinary project teams, and clients, with good technical English. Significant Advantages Experience with scan-to-BIM and point-cloud-to-CAD workflows. Experience incorporating survey data, point clouds, LiDAR, laser scans, or GIS data into Civil 3D and BIM models. Experience using AI-powered tools to support and optimize CAD workflows. Familiarity with Bentley Systems software and Autodesk Revit. Experience with 3D MEP modeling and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Experience developing CAD/BIM standards, templates, automation, or production workflows. Job description: This is a senior, hands-on production role for an experienced CAD/BIM professional with strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, specializing in civil engineering drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, surveyors, and multidisciplinary project teams to transform engineering designs, survey data, and existing-condition information into accurate, coordinated, and client-ready deliverables. :What You Will Do Create and maintain detailed civil engineering drawings (CAD) and 3D models using Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Develop coordinated BIM deliverables from engineering drawings, survey data, as-built documentation, and other project inputs. Produce and manage Civil 3D models, including surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, pipe networks, sections, and construction documentation. Create existing-condition models from LiDAR scans and registered point clouds, where applicable. Translate 2D engineering drawings into accurate and coordinated 3D models, working directly with designers to capture design intent. Incorporate survey data, point clouds, and subsurface utility information into CAD/BIM models, with an understanding of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) practices and exposure to standards such as PAS128 (UK) or ASCE 38-22 (US). Update models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear version control. Develop and improve CAD/BIM templates, standards, object libraries, and repeatable modeling workflows. Coordinate model exchanges and resolve data-quality and modeling issues with multidisciplinary contributors.
