Adata -driven company that has developed a unique platform that leverages low-cost IoT sensors and artificial intelligence to collect and analyze data on bee behavior and pollination patterns. This data is then used to help farmers and food producers optimize their crop yields, improve crop quality, and enhance overall ecosystem health. With our technology, farmers gain deep insights into the complex world of pollination and can make more informed decisions about managing their land and resources.

Responsibilities:
What Youll Do:
* Manage and own all our IT SaaS services, including provisioning, license management, integrations, and governance.
* Provide hands-on helpdesk /support for our employees in Israel and globally (hardware, accounts, access issues, network environments, etc.).
* Establish, maintain, and improve IT processes such as onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and access management.
* Build internal automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual work (using no-code/low-code tools or scripting).
* Lead and advance the companys security posture by monitoring compliance, managing security tooling, and driving best practices.
* Act as the central point-of-contact for all security-related inquiries, incidents, and vendor assessments.
* Own hardware lifecycle management (laptops, devices, accessories) including procurement, configuration, updates, and inventory.
* Manage Identity providers, SSO, VPN, cloud permissions, and audit requirements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Ops, and Engineering to ensure smooth internal operations.
