IT & ERP Manager

About the Role:

M.S. Aluminum, a leading manufacturer and contractor of advanced aluminum and building envelope systems, is seeking an experienced IT & Priority Applications Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. The role involves end-to-end management of technological projects, ERP enhancements, infrastructure administration, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, developing, and implementing the Priority ERP system (process characterization, reports, and system integrations).
• Leading cross-organizational technological projects end-to-end.
• Administering IT infrastructure: servers, cloud environments, networking, and end-user hardware.
• Providing continuous technical support to internal users.
• Ensuring information security, regular data backups, and user permissions management.
• Identifying and deploying automation, workflow enhancements, and AI tools to drive organizational efficiency.
• Providing solutions for all IT and information system challenges across the company.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management (IS specialization) / Computer Science or a related academic degree – Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, managing, or leading projects in Priority ERP – Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT / Information Systems roles within a business organization.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 environments, networking, endpoints, and permissions management.
• Prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering enterprise – Significant advantage.
• High-level Hebrew and solid technical English.
