Work closely with product managers to understand goals and deliver impactful features
Maintain high code quality and scalable architecture, collaborating with developers and the architects forum
Use code-generation tools to maximize efficiency
Proactively identify improvements and refine solutions based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
10+ years of backend development experience, delivering scalable, high-quality systems
Hands-on engineer familiar with multiple languages (Ruby preferred; Go/Java a plus)
Strong cloud experience, ideally AWS, with distributed, high-scale architectures
Business- and impact-oriented, looking beyond backend tasks to the bigger product picture
