HR Generalist - Maternity Leave Replacement

It is a one-year maternity leave cover, with potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. HR Business Partnering · Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on personal and workplace matters. · Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers in Operations & IS, including employee relations, retention, and decision support. · Lead and support core HR processes: performance reviews, organizational changes, engagement surveys, and more. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment support to offboarding · Prepare employee documentation (status updates, recognition letters, warnings, terminations). HR Operations & HRIS · Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob, including contracts, compensation updates, and reporting fields. · Support HR projects and initiatives with operational, analytical, and data-driven work. · Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other functions to ensure smooth workflows and data accuracy. · Generate reports, track HR metrics, and support informed decision-making.
