Senior UI/UX Product Designer

A leading start up in Identity, Authorization & Security, is seeking a hands-on UI/UX Product Designer to craft user experiences that seamlessly integrate complex business workflows with intuitive design. This role requires deep involvement in every stage of the design process, from research and strategy to high-fidelity execution. Youll play a key role in designing end-to-end user journeys for enterprise products while also contributing to new innovations.

Responsibilities
Own the user experience: Lead design from discovery to delivery, aligning with user needs and business goals.
Understand business flows: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex processes into clear, intuitive designs.
Hands-on design execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for intricate enterprise workflows.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align on design solutions.
Conduct research: Use user insights and data to inform and iterate on designs throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to design systems: Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for consistent user experiences.
