Senior data Analyst.
About the Role:
Were looking for a Senior data Analyst to join our Research Department someone who loves diving into data, solving complex problems, and shaping meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

What Youll Do:
Work closely with the research team to connect the dots and see the bigger picture. Learn and understand the companys data -gathering mechanisms. Tackle business challenges by analyzing data and providing actionable insights. Develop advanced logic flows to detect key events and produce high-value insights. Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses for business stakeholders. Research and implement new tools or methods to enrich and enhance datasets.

Youre curious, proactive, and love turning data into action. You think in terms of value, not vanity metrics and youre not afraid to experiment, fail, learn, and improve. You take ownership of your work from start to finish, communicate with confidence, and enjoy collaborating with diverse minds.

Requirements:
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a data Analyst.
Strong SQL skills ( SQL server ).
Programming experience in Python or R.
Solid Knowledge in statistics. Genuine passion for sports (soccer, basketball, etc.).

Nice to Have:
Interest in FinTech, algorithmic trading, or related fields.
