We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced SaaS startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment, partners closely with leadership teams, and builds strong people practices that enable business success. Youll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, helping to shape a high-performing and engaged culture.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with department heads and senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Serve as a coach and consultant to managers on performance, engagement, and employee development.
Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a constructive approach across the organization.
Design and implement learning and development programs and initiatives to support both individual and organizational growth.
Leverage people data and analytics to generate insights, trends, and recommendations that inform strategic HR decisions.
Partner with leadership on change management and organizational development (OD) initiatives.
Drive HR projects that enhance engagement, culture, and retention in a high-growth SaaS.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a SaaS fast-growing global startup environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
Experience in managing employee relations and supporting organizational change.
Background in Organizational Development (OD) - Advantage
Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially HiBob - Advantage.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a SaaS fast-growing global startup environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
