we are recruiting an Enterprise Architect to join our data & AI Division in Haifa. In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, shape technology direction, and drive the adoption of innovative solutions across the organization. Role Overview
* Lead product and technology evaluations: gather requirements, analyze alternatives, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
* Own the architectural aspects of large-scale enterprise projects from design to implementation.
* Introduce, validate (POC), and implement innovative technology solutions across functionality, data, security, integration, and infrastructure.
* Collaborate with cross-department teams to build end-to-end enterprise solutions.
* Deliver knowledge transfer and guidance to development, infrastructure, and analytics teams.
* Lead product and technology evaluations: gather requirements, analyze alternatives, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:
* BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 5+ years of experience designing scalable, multi-tier enterprise systems.
* Strong software development background.NET, JAVA, or Python (5+ years), including database/ data experience.
* Experience leading teams and working with modern methodologies (Microservices, Agile/XP, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes).
* Proven ability to assess technology solutions and architecture alternatives.
* Experience designing and deploying cloud solutions (Azure advantage).
* Solid understanding of infrastructure components (servers, Storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers).
* Ability to switch between technologies and tasks quickly; self-starter.
