Social Media Manager

Were looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to own global social presence. This person will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive meaningful business impact.

Youll work closely with our brand, creative, content, and performance teams to turn mission into stories that resonate with millions of deskless employees and the businesses that manage them.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, goals, and target audiences.

Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Plan, create, and publish engaging and high-performing content, including posts, videos, and stories.

Collaborate with the creative studio to deliver platform-tailored content and campaigns.

Track, measure, and analyze performance to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing,, brand, and customer marketing teams to amplify campaigns and company news.

Build and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality.

Engage directly with our community, fostering authentic interactions and responding to comments.

Lead employer branding and executive social initiatives in partnership with HR and leadership.
