Establish and deliver a coherent social media strategy to strengthen growth, retention, and brand awareness
Own and manage day-to-day content operations across multiple social media channels
Lead influencer and brand collaborations, from inbound requests to proactive outreach, giveaways, and partnerships, with emphasis on the U.S. market
Source, curate, and share user-generated content (UGC) while building and nurturing relationships with creators and ambassadors
Lead the way campaigns and activations are brought to life on social media
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and mentions to maximize our brand perception
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
Coordinate with paid campaign managers to align social media strategies with paid advertising efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized spending
