Were looking for a sharp, customer-obsessed team member to join our growing Client Partner function at Commit. Youll work closely with strategic customers and internal teams to help drive growth, ensure delivery excellence, and strengthen long-term relationships.
This role ensures that Commit's entire range of products and services are presented as applicable to assigned clients and ensures client needs and expectations are met - and exceeded by the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Proactively lead joint strategic account planning processes with customers to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Act as the strategic voice of the customer internally, helping shape solutions that align with business needs.

Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
4-6 years managing multiple projects in parallel, while paying strict attention to detail and driving results with remote technical delivery teams.
4-6 years of end-to-end B2B account management with 5+ clients (inc. sales, contract, reporting, QBRs etc.), but strong candidates with less may be considered.
CS undergraduate degree or equivalent.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs and build lasting relationships.
Experience in a technology and/or services company is a plus
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML projects, or FinOps concepts is a plus.
