On your day to day
Were looking for someone whos genuinely passionate about technology and building scalable systems and applications. In this role, youll be hands-on, getting your hands dirty in the code, leading by example, and driving technical excellence across the board. Youll play a key part in shaping and scaling the engineering team, coaching team leads, and unlocking bottlenecks to increase dev velocity. Success in this role means going beyond the title, challenging ideas, diving into the details, and influencing both the product and the people who build it. Youll be a force multiplier across engineering, constantly pushing for better processes, stronger execution, and a culture of ownership.
