seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team and lead client relationships within the affiliate marketing space. As an integral part of our team, you will leverage your deep expertise to drive growth, manage strategic relationships, and ensure the success of our clients and the value they extract from our affiliate intelligence platform.

Responsibilities:
Support client usage through extractions of value flows from the product
Train clients on product functionality and best practices
Day-to-day point of contact for clients
Generate case studies and testimonials with clients
Communicate with decision-makers on the programs health and status
Lead renewals and expansion opportunities
Analyzing customer health metrics, product usage & NPS
Understand client strategy, needs, and current gaps to act as a strategic advisor to the client
Translate client's needs and feedback to internal teams and communicate back to the client

Requirements:
5+ years as an affiliate manager- responsible for net new opportunities, optimization of existing portfolio, and generating insights and reports to management
Client management experience
Ability to work in a fast & agile startup environment as a self-starter
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
Storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
5+ years as an affiliate manager- responsible for net new opportunities, optimization of existing portfolio, and generating insights and reports to management
Client management experience
Ability to work in a fast & agile startup environment as a self-starter
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
Storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
