We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our innovative Product and Engineering teams.

As a Senior HRBP at our company you will
Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, fostering employee engagement and strengthening our culture
Act as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, from team leads to VPs, providing expert HR guidance and support
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights, coaching, and guidance
Contribute to cross HR projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table
Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience
Take hands-on ownership and execute employee lifecycle processes
Work closely with Global HR functions, such as, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and more.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment in similar organizations in a global company
Proven track record of building strategic initiatives and plans to support business goals
Strong track record of partnership with senior leaders
Analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach
Multi-tasking skills, high resilience, and agility ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and stressful environment
Positivity & can-do attitude, creative, versatile, and capable
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
Ability to implement AI within the role.
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment in similar organizations in a global company
