A fast growing stat-up company, thats powers a unique omni-channel Global ordering & marketing platform, is seeking a Fullstack Team Lead with strong frontend expertise to Join her team. Youll lead a team of 7-8 developers, mentor, lead technical initiatives, and help shape the platforms architecture and best practices. This is a hands-on leadership role involving coding, design, and close collaboration with product and design teams.
What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers.
Be hands-on in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
Focus on frontend performance, scalability, and best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
Ensure robust coding, testing, and CI/CD standards.
Drive innovation and manage technical debt.
What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers.
Be hands-on in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

6+ years as a Fullstack Developer, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong React/TypeScript expertise (React Native a plus).

Knowledge of REST APIs, MongoDB, and AWS services.
Familiarity with Kafka or event-driven systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for building scalable, user-focused products.
6+ years as a Fullstack Developer, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
