A Global software company is looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to build and scale its new Payments Platform, enabling global one-off and usage-based payments across all its products.

Youll found and lead this initiative from scratchhiring and growing a top-tier team, driving architecture and development, and shaping the future of payments at scale.

Requirements:
5+ years of engineering leadership, with proven experience hiring and managing high-performing teams.
Deep expertise in payments or fintech systems.
Strong platform engineering background: micro-services, event-driven systems, and versioned APIs.
Solid grasp of security, compliance, and regulatory standards in payments.
Proven ability to take products from 0 → 1 in fast-paced environments.
Backend focus with understanding of modern frontend frameworks, such as Node.js.
Excellent system design, problem-solving, and OOP skills.
