Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer

In this role, youll provide hands-on recruiting support across all open positions and recruiters worldwide ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient hiring process from start to finish. * Support all company-wide recruitment activities (not managing specific roles directly)
* Review and screen incoming CVs and applications for different roles
* Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
* Coordinate interviews and scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
* Communicate candidate status updates and handle rejections professionally
* Send assignments or technical tasks to candidates when relevant
* Post job openings across various platforms and social channels
* Perform proactive sourcing of candidates across LinkedIn and other platforms to build pipelines for key positions
* Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and high candidate experience.
