Social Media & Community Team Lead

We are looking for a strategic and motivated Social Media & Community Team Lead to guide our social media and community efforts. Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media narratives and strategies to enhance our online presence and foster community growth. Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all social media channels in alignment with the overall brand strategy and company goals.
Content Creation & Curation: Manage the hands-on creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content that resonates with our audience, aligns with our brand values, results in growth, and supports brand expansion.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams in the marketing department and other departments to align social media and community efforts with broader company goals.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Community Engagement: The Social Media Team Lead is also the direct manager of our Community and podcast manager.
Lead and manage the community team to ensure that our community members are highly engaged, feel valued, and have a positive experience across all platforms. Build and maintain relationships with other communities to support the growth of our community, brand presence, and user base.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
