We're looking for a strategic and hands-on IT IS Manager to lead our digital transformation and manage our tech infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IT digital strategy
Lead AI and automation initiatives to drive efficiency
Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems performance
Support ERP, BI, and CRM platforms
Manage a team of 34 professionals
Ensure responsive helpdesk and tech support
Maintain vendor and budget oversight

5+ years of experience in information systems, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Hands-on experience in leading tech projects (AI/automation advantage)
Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems (Priority/ salesforce advantage)
Strong business and tech orientation, with budget/vendor management experience
Academic background in a relevant field required
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a proactive, strategic mindset
