Solution Engineer

We're seeking an experienced, independent Solution Engineer to join our dynamic London team This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes - from initial pre sales through full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment. What You'll Do: Lead Technical Sales Processes:
* Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions.
* Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.
* Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives Technical Implementation & Onboarding.
* Lead complete technical implementation of our solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions.
* Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process Cross-Functional Collaboration.
* Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations.
* Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
