Senior Engineering Manager, CX

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6 talented engineers within our Customer Experience (CX) Engineering group. This role is pivotal in shaping how our customers interact with our fraud prevention capabilities and will have a direct impact on their day-to-day operations. Your focus could span from enhancing core platform capabilities to pioneering new AI-driven product features, or a combination of both ensuring there are always relevant and exciting challenges to tackle.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a team of 6 talented software engineers, fostering a culture of delivery, collaboration, and excellence.
Drive the development of products that empower our customers to combat fraud efficiently, gain valuable insights, and manage daily operational needs.
Youll be hands-on: Managers drive innovation and impact by doing hands-on just as much as they grow and nurture our engineers
Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and executives to iteratively develop, improve, and release features.
Be technically engaged, diving into code reviews, architectural discussions, and providing occasional hands-on contributions when necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders and customers, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product roadmaps.
