We are looking for a Full-stack team lead.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work.
Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap.
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team.
Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organization.
Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers.
Our stack includes Python, Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, SQS and Docker.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
2+ years experience as a Full Stack engineering team leader.
Experience with a product engineering team supporting production customer-facing features.
Extensive professional experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and React
Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively nurture and support team members.
Proficient in prioritization and resource trade-offs, ensuring optimal utilization for effective project management.
Superb team-player while having strong capabilities to work independently.
Experience in building distributed and scalable systems - an advantage.
Experience with writing UI automated tests - an advantage.
