We are looking for a hands-on Product Support Engineer to join our engineering team in the digital dentistry field. The role combines customer Technical Support with engineering project leadership, covering both software and hardware aspects of CAD/CAM solutions.
What youll do:
Provide Technical Support for intraoral scanners, scanning software, and digital libraries.
Design, develop, and TEST digital libraries for CAD/CAM Guided systems.
Lead engineering projects, including verification, validation, and product integration.
Support manufacturing processes for new digital products and changes.
Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams in the digital dentistry ecosystem.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (M.Sc. a plus).
5+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of Technical Support experience with digital/technological products.
Knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing, and metals.
Strong background in precision mechanical design, assemblies, and tolerances.
Proven ability to lead engineering projects and present effectively.
