We are seeking a Product Design Lead to spearhead our design department and shape the future of our platform. This is a pivotal role, as you'll be the first to lead our design strategy . You will manage and mentor a team of designers, collaborating across all departments to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver outstanding user experiences on both web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
Develop and implement design strategies that align with the companys business goals and vision.
Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to final visual design and implementation.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other key stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences.
Drive the continuous improvement of design processes and introduce new methodologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Maintain and evolve our design systems to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all platforms.
Promote a design culture that values excellence, attention to detail, and user-centric thinking.
Build and scale the design department, establishing processes and best practices to support long-term growth and success.

Requirements:
Showcase your design portfolio.
Proven experience in a SaaS or Product companythis is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of at least 4 designers.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design workrequired.
Experience in designing complex B2C/SaaS systems on both mobile and web platforms.
Expertise in the entire design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual & interaction design, and usability testing.
Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with excellent communication skills, open to feedback, and a collaborative mindset.
Mastery of Figma and proficiency in Adobe CC and other design tools.
Experience with MacOS.
Showcase your design portfolio.
