Product Manager

In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution for core product areas, including AI powered features, helping our customers deliver better experiences to employees and end users. You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and research to delivery, iteration, and success measurement.

Responsibilities
Define and lead the product roadmap for key areas of the Lighthouse platform, aligning customer needs with business goals
Drive the development of AI powered capabilities that enhance search, automation, and user experience
Collaborate with engineering and design to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive products
Partner with sales, customer success, and support to understand customer challenges and translate them into product solutions
Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize work
Write clear, detailed product specifications and user stories that enable teams to deliver with focus and clarity
Drive cross functional execution from discovery through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
Own product success metrics and use data to inform decisions, improvements, and prioritization
