Were looking for a hands-on design leader to guide our talented team, align product design work with business goals, and ensure our solutions are both user-centric and commercially smart. Youll work closely with product managers, developers, and client-facing teams to keep design moving forward: from strategy to pixel-perfect delivery.
What you will do:
Own and evolve our end-to-end product design vision, balancing user needs, UX best practices, competitive market knowledge, and business goals.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing design, and business teams on roadmap planning and execution, ensuring UX is considered early, prioritized strategically, and delivered effectively.
Lead day-to-day product design team activities and team priorities, ensuring clarity, quality, and timely delivery.
Support, mentor, and grow designers, while removing roadblocks so they can focus on their best work.
Lead user research to inform design decisions and improve product outcome, continuously improving our practices around it.
Contribute hands-on to research, prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity visuals.
Collaborate closely with development on the continuous evolution of our design system for consistency, scalability, and ease of implementation.
Continue building a proactive, collaborative design culture that values experimentation, feedback, attention to detail and visual excellence.
Work from our beautiful Tel Aviv office and enjoy face-to-face collaboration (Hybrid, mostly from the office)

Requirements:
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is required for this position
5+ years in product design, including at least 2 years in a design team lead role.
Proficiency in modern design and AI prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable, etc.)
Proven experience with user research, including customer interviews.
Experience working on both B2B and B2C SAAS products.
English - fluent, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hebrew - strong spoken proficiency, required for internal communication.
Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of video creation and storytelling: an advantage.
Experience designing creative tools: an advantage.
