Product Management Expertise At least 4 years of experience driving B2B products from concept to launch, with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
User Experience Vision Proven ability to design intuitive, effective UX for complex B2B/B2C platforms, turning sophisticated workflows into seamless user journeys. practices, enabling productive collaboration with engineering teams.
Exceptional Communication Skills Able to engage confidently with global stakeholders, including senior-level clients, and align diverse teams behind a shared vision.
Analytical Sharpness Skilled at turning data into insight, and insight into compelling narratives that influence product direction.
Experimentation Mindset Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product evolution.
