We are looking for an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to strategically plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is your chance to directly impact business results and expand the digital presence of Drushim IL.

What you will be doing?
- Lead campaign planning, including audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta ( facebook / instagram ), TikTok
- Monitor campaign metrics in Real-Time and make data -driven optimizations to improve performance
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and managing expectations with clients
- Identifying pain points and driving User Experience enhancements

Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems an advantage
- Familiarity with the e-commerce domain an advantage
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and optimization techniques
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong self-learning capabilities, strong time management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Creative thinking, a proactive approach, and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
