We are looking for a skilled and proactive Integration Engineer to join our Business Applications team. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation and integration solutions across key business systems. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using iPaaS platforms, with a focus on Workato and Make.
Integrate SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Priority, Okta, MongoDB, and HubSpot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing, HR, Finance, Support) to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; optimize and maintain existing workflows for performance and reliability.
Manage automation platforms, develop custom connectors, and create reusable components.
Stay current with integration trends and best practices; contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
Act as a subject matter expert on integration architecture and automation strategy.

5+ years of experience in automation or integration engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with Workato and Make (required); Okta Workflows or Zapier is a plus.
Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), OAuth, and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or HTML).
Solid SQL and data modeling skills.
Familiarity with cloud-based systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, MongoDB, Slack, Monday.com, Priority, and Okta.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with hybrid integration architecture and customer-facing roles is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
5+ years of experience in automation or integration engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with Workato and Make (required); Okta Workflows or Zapier is a plus.
