As Product Design Team Lead for the Editor, youll lead a team of talented designers and take full ownership of design delivery, team growth, and design quality within one of most strategic areas. This is a leadership role with direct management responsibility, where youll shape the teams impact, set the bar for design excellence, and ensure we deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences across the Editor.

Youll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and content design to set direction, drive execution, and continuously improve how we design, collaborate, and ship. While you may contribute hands-on from time to time, your primary focus will be on mentoring your team, leading cross-functional alignment, and scaling the craft and influence of product design.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product designers working on the core Editor experience
Set design direction and uphold high standards of design quality, usability, and user impact
Provide strategic input on product and design decisions, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders
Guide designers through all stages of the design process, from discovery to final implementation
Promote team growth through clear feedback, career development, and hiring
Foster a collaborative, creative, and inclusive design culture
Align with product managers, engineers, marketers, and content designers to deliver cohesive, human-centered experiences
Contribute to shaping and evolving design team practices, tools, and rituals
