We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, drive end-to-end hiring processes, and directly impact the companys growth.
Responsibilities:
* Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of technical and go to market roles.
* Partner with hiring managers (locally and globally) to define hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
* Design and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging diverse tools and channels.
* Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database.
* Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve processes.
* Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

* At least 3 years experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a global Hi-tech company, leading the recruitment processes.
* Proven success in leading end-to-end technical recruitment processes.
* Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of relevant tools, platforms, and networks.
* Proficiency in HR interviews and assessing technical roles/skills.
* Experience working with ATS (e.g., Spark-Hire Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday).
* data -driven and KPI-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
* Creative and proactive mindset.
* Clear understanding of technical terms and roles within the hi-tech industry
