Manager, Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our key Czech teams developing a global SaaS product for Digital Customer Experience, used by some of the worlds largest companies. This is a global role, collaborating with teams across multiple continents.
Our product grows by hundreds of percent each year in both usage and traffic. We work with cutting-edge technologies, operate a mature product with robust infrastructure, run dozens of data centers (all on AWS), continuously improve and automate processes, and tackle many exciting technological challenges.
Responsibilities:
Lead development teams in design, planning, delivery, and release of our SaaS product.
Manage SCRUM processes and optimize team efficiency.
Report to the R&D Director for Digital CXone.
Ensure delivery of high-quality software iterations in an agile environment.
Orchestrate the release cycle, including forecasting and deploying new software versions into production.
Oversee software maintenance, bug fixes, and prioritization of technical tasks.
Standardize development practices, tools, methodologies, and documentation to align with overall architecture.
Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements and limitations.
Continuously improve development quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Represent R&D in cross-company discussions with stakeholders and coordinate with other R&D teams according to the roadmap.
Provide leadership and coaching for individual team members, including goal setting, feedback, performance management, and professional growth.
Manage projects according to the roadmap, assign tasks, and deliver reports.
