Were looking for a social content specialist to join our Marketing team.
In this role, youll shape online presence by crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that resonates with our global audience.
This involves planning and managing content calendars, creating and scheduling posts, overseeing social media channels, and driving campaigns and collaborations that boost brand awareness and engagement, with a strong focus on working closely with diverse content creators in the U.S. market.

Source, curate, and share user-generated content (UGC) while building and nurturing relationships with creators and ambassadors, ensuring deliverables and obligations are met.
Coordinate with PR, Paid, and Product Marketing to align campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging.
Collect and analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and highlight top-performing content and insights for the marketing team.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role in a global B2C brand/startup.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and content creation.
Skilled multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Oktopost, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Background in content creation, video, or copywriting advantage if experienced with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut).
Native or highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and writen communication.
Experience working with content creators and influencers in the U.S. is a strong advantage.
