Operation Manager

Responsibilities

As an Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing our daily engagement campaigns. This role combines operational excellence with a team collaboration mindset.
Events & Monetization Management: Oversee the operation of product activities within the game via the back-end system. This includes setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating configurations, and managing segmentation.
Work with monetization, economy and product teams to provide everything ontime to ensure the event goes as smooth as it can get.
Quality Assurance: Work with the QA team to ensure campaign configurations function correctly in the live version.
Daily Monitoring: Conduct daily checks to ensure events are scheduled accurately, with correct start and end times, activators, and no duplicate live ops or assets. Verify the logic of all push notifications.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in the tech or engineering field, preferably in tech or gaming industries.
Education: First degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
High management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
Strong computer skills with the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously.
English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively across different teams.
Enthusiastic about new technologies, especially mobile and gaming platforms.
Experience in gaming and working in a gaming company – advantage.
