Required Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter
Description:
Manage the full talent acquisition recruitment process from A-Z, handling both Israel and global hires.
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners, providing support and advice at every stage of the process.
Develop efficient sourcing tools and methods.
Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) daily and take an active role in the transition to a new system.
Design, plan, and execute selection processes, including conducting interviews, screening calls, and reliability tests, while strictly adhering to our hiring processes and procedures.
Support and participate in other talent acquisition domains, such as academic partnerships, referrals, internal mobility, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and propose "out-of-the-box" solutions to address crucial and urgent recruitment needs.
Maintain and improve the candidate experience.
Meet and exceed individual and team recruiting KPIs.
Attend career and academic fairs, and other relevant events.
Collaborate with and provide backup and support to other members of the recruitment team.
Report directly to and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director.

At least 4 years of technical talent acquisition experience in a large, global organization.
BA in human resources or a relevant field; MA is an advantage.
Experience in a similar industry.
Experience with the full talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and more.
Proficiency in the use of social media, headhunting tools, and job boards.
Strong understanding of selection methods and techniques, with familiarity of ATS and other HR systems.
A collaborative team player who can work effectively on multiple assignments in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and effectively organize workload.
Excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and proactiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experienced, composed, and able to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment with a sense of urgency.
Excellent English level: verbal, reading, and writing.
