This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter at Urban Recruits. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
* Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
* Technical Recruiting experience
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and best practices
* Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
* Experience in the Israeli job market is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - an advantage
* Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is a must
