- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including software requirements specifications (SRS), design documents, and Write API documentation
- Translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications
- Analyze intricate technical information and break it down into clear, actionable components
- Collaborate extensively with web mobile engineers, product managers, data and CRM teams, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and functionalities
- Manage and define tasks for development teams across different projects
- Identify potential technical challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making processes
- Ensure timely and accurate information delivery to all stakeholders

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in technical writing
- Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand and translate complex technical requirements into clear and concise documentation
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles
- Deep understanding of data processes and preparation of data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD)
- Comprehensive architectural understanding of projects and their integration with the organization's existing information systems
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Knowledge of Software languages, Databases and data processes
