Were looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our cross-functional squads. In this role, youll shape the future of our AI-powered IT Service Management platform, delivering features that are used daily by thousands of IT teams worldwide.
What Youll Do:
Own the product roadmap for your squad from strategy to delivery and adoption.
Turn complex IT challenges into simple, intuitive solutions with measurable business impact.
Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Lead discovery work: customer interviews, market analysis, and rapid validation of new ideas.
Monitor usage and KPIs to iterate quickly and continuously improve the product.
What Youll Do:

4+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company, ideally with technical/IT products.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Experience partnering with UX to design delightful, intuitive workflows.
Strong analytical skills with a data-informed decision-making approach.
Excellent English communication skills.
