What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in HR operations or shared service model within the EMEA region.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency inHebrew is required andgood knowledge of English is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; HR professional accreditation preferred.
