As a B2B Operation Representative at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the operation process.
Responsibilities:
Joining the field team for activities.
Achieving monthly operation targets convert cardholders to money remittances.
Making calls to existing customers to maximize potential.
Interact with customers & coordinate meetings.
Multitask between different communication channels.
Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.
Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement.

Experience in the Payments and Banking industry Advantage.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
Proven track record in outbound converting calls.
