Were looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist to join our HR team in Tel-Aviv, and be part of our Employee Experience and Internal Communication team. The social media specialist is expected to:
* Create and manage Artlists internal brand content through social networks and various media channels
* Establish and deliver social media content to strengthen our employees engagement and brand awareness at all sites and make people know each other and the product better
* Lead initiatives and campaigns in our internal media channels to promote Artlists culture internally and externally
* Promote transparency, internal communication and hiring attractiveness
* Proactively keep updated on digital and social media trends, act fast and initiate creative timely communications
* Manage current social channels as well as the Artlist career website
* Measure, analyze, and report on key metrics
