SPNI is Israel's leading environmental organization, Founded in 1953.
Producing Content for Donors in English:
Develop, write, and submit persuasive grant applications and funding proposals.
Craft engaging content. Support the development of materials for events, presentations, and donor meetings.
Donor Research:
Research and identify new funding opportunities with foundations, trusts, and private individuals.
Work with colleagues to prepare LOIs.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate donor records in SPNI's CRM system ( salesforce ).
Help maintain departmental grant and reporting calendar.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and environmental experts, to gather updates and insights for donor materials.
Coordinate with our international partners on shared fundraising initiatives.
Support the production of our annual print calendar.

Requirements:
Proven experience in grant and report writing, preparing fundraising materials for donors and content creation is a bonus, however everyone with proven writing experience is welcome to apply.
Exceptional English writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and error-free content within tight deadlines.
Conversational Hebrew.
Curiosity and tenacity to work with field professionals to deliver informative and compelling products to donors.
Team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
Tech savvy. Familiarity with salesforce, Mailchimp and Canva a plus.
Passion for SPNI's mission.
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A sense of humor is beneficial.
